Task #2 Possible bedroom painting Task #3 changing out base boards in small various areas Task #5 Remove front door security gate along with two other gates. Important to avoid breaking brick when un screwing. Selling home and need various things fixed and I don’t want to hire a big company I prefer an independent individual since I don’t have the money to cover a large company’s fees. I would need a receipt provided for tax purposes. And looking for someone who has a good reputation online not just anyone since I want to make sure things are done correctly and not sloppy ( sadly I have had to re hire handymen to re do work because of sloppy work).
