What you’re great at:
The responsibilities listed may not apply to all locations
Preventative, routine, and safety maintenance checks on all snow-making equipment, aerial lifts, conveyors, and water systems.
Inspect and maintain the moving carpet for summer and winter tubing.
Maintenance of surface lift tracks.
Complete daily safety logs
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Perform all other duties as assigned

Here’s what you have already achieved:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience in Timeshare Resort maintenance a plus
Minimum (3) years experience in lifts and their components
Experience with all types of small engine repairs and various types of snow equipment repairs
Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and proper PPE.
Ability to climb lift towers and work high elevations
Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them, such as ladder, hammer, power drill, etc.
Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues
Consistently neat in appearance with proper uniform as required by the company
Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays are required
