This role requiresa candidate with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude who canwork proactively to keep equipment and systems operatingefficiently and safely. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 yearsof industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse,or sawmill environment and be confident working with mechanicaldrives, hydraulics, conveyors, pneumatics, and motor controls. Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of proven industrial maintenance experience in amanufacturing or sawmill environment Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumaticsystems Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technicalmanuals Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, safety-firstmindset High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training aplus Sawmill Maintenance Technician
