You will be responsible for handling service requests for residents and making improvements to vacant apartments to prepare them for market-ready status. You will be expected to always represent the company in a professional manner including providing excellent customer service and responding to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner. On-call, responds to after hours emergency calls Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; Trade school and/or military training a plus. 0-2 years general maintenance experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting, etc.) CPO preferred or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment. Valid driver’s license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required. Work on-call rotation, responding to after hours emergencies.
