Summary We are seeking a Floor Technician to join our team at Flagship Facility Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in our airport spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. Your contributions will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to quality service. This is a 3rd shift position (10:00pm-6:30am) . Responsibilities Perform routine floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate methods and equipment. Inspect floors regularly to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards. Requirements Proven experience in floor care or custodial services (striping, waxing, buffing)
REQUIRED
. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
REQUIRED.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid Driver License is
REQUIRED
