With a growing client base and demand for fast service, we’re looking for a skilled and dependable handyman to join our team. Position Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Handyman to perform a wide range of general maintenance, repair, and installation tasks. You’ll work independently or alongside our contractor team, serving residential clients with professionalism, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform general home repairs and improvements including: Drywall patching & repair Basic plumbing (leaky faucets, toilet installs, etc.) Electrical fixture replacements (lights, outlets, ceiling fans) TV mounting and shelving installation Door, window, and trim repairs Painting and caulking Minor carpentry (cabinets, decks, fences, stairs) Assess jobs, source materials, and communicate timelines Ensure clean, safe work areas and client satisfaction Maintain tools, vehicle (if applicable), and job documentation Represent the Home FREA brand with professionalism Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable Preferred But Not Required Proven handyman, maintenance, or construction experience Strong knowledge of basic trades: carpentry, plumbing, and electrical Experience working with real estate professionals Familiarity with inspection repair punch lists General contractor or trade licenses/certifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Own basic hand tools (power tools a plus) Benefits & Pay Competitive hourly rate based on experience Flexible scheduling options Opportunity for advancement as company grows Tools, materials, and company merch provided
