Please only workers with previous experience in both areas only need apply. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to oversee the loading & unloading of a 17ft truck to assist the Design Team in staging vacant houses. Staging hours are 9:30am until 3pm daily. Responsible to oversee upkeep of company truck & proactive maintenance. Position also requires an experienced handy man from 3pm until 7pm on a flex schedule based on both company & associate’s lifestyle. Handle various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and is dedicated to providing high-quality service. The Handy Man will be responsible for ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner, contributing to the overall functionality and aesthetics of the properties. Experience in electrical to remove and replace can light light fixtures and paddle fans. Basic plumbing to remove & replace toilets and parts. Touch up painting. HUGE opportunity to make additional significant money as contractor to our company providing power washing services. Company pays you and gets you the job! (additional $10-15K a year) Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties. Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that need attention. Repair or replace damaged fixtures, fittings, and appliances. Install and maintain electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates and timelines. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
