($25-$35.00 per hour), 2nd Shift Differential $2.00Maintenance Mechanic – Performs all required duties relating toinstalling and troubleshooting plant production equipment. This isa 2nd shift position working Monday through Friday Overtime asneeded.

Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies to supportall maintenance functions. Responsible for basic maintenance support for startupoperations such as, lights, dust collectors, air filtrationsystems, etc. Monitor machines or equipment to detect malfunction anddiscusses machine operation variations with supervisors or othermaintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine. Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new orrepaired parts. Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems andrelated hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaceDesign, assemble and install electronic control systems forproduction machinery and associated automated equipment’s gauges,valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. Troubleshoot, maintain and repair machine level controlsystems, which utilize programmable logic controllers. Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment. Responsible for adherence to all safety policies, practices andprocedures.

Requirements:

Education:

Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent fromtwo-year College or technical school; or related experience and/ortraining; or equivalent combination of education andexperience. Experienced Forklift drivers preferred.
