Position would be for 2-3 days a week. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems within our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations. Position comes with company car with gas card. Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• have ability to show apartments to prospective tenants
• have ability to file evictions and go to court on evictions
• collect rent to be scanned into bank
• help move in tenants
• do move out and move in inspections
• Ability to drive 1-2 hours from raleigh daily in company provided vehicle
• Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or modifications.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including working with logic controllers.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections and repairs performed.
• Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and timelines.
• Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
• Assist in facilities maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in equipment performance. Experience
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team.
• Experience with electrical systems, welding, and fabrication is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not required.
