Maintenance Technician Address King Charles 2110 Birkhall Street, Raleigh, NC 27610 Candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in the apartment home maintenance field, a solid employment work history and the interest in building a successful team environment. The following skills are necessary for the position.
- Understanding of the Apartment Industry
- Tasks and repairs inherent to the turnover and general maintenance process
- Experience in Plumbing
- HVAC Certification or 1 year working knowledge
