ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnoses physical plant, technical and mechanical problems and facilitates repairs while performing routine minor repairs. Oversees trash and recycling program with Maintenance Director to keep community in good standing Oversees safety program and maintains preventative maintenance management program. Monitors fire system, sprinkler system, and door entry system operation and maintenance. Assists with the maintenance and beautification of the community. Makes prompt effort to resolve all resident and staff concerns or grievances related to facilities and conditions under their direction. Assists staff members in the operation of emergency systems. Safeguards the privacy of residents.
