Maintenance Technician (part-time) Self Storage Raleigh, NC 27603 Part Time Maintenance Technician (Occasional Portable Storage Delivery Driver)
Job Duties:
Cleaning of vacant units in accordance with our Pristinely Clean Policy Washing of walls, doors, painting floors, changing weather stripping on doors, and changing of latches. Monitors the physical condition of the facility Performing preventative maintenance on property as instructed by management Cutting/grinding locks Occasional delivery and pick up of portable storage units (Units range from 8’x12′ to 8’x20′ and the trailer is approximately 26′). Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Team player Must have knowledge of basic building maintenance A high school diploma or GED is required Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills Able to present yourself in a professional manner Reliable along with your mode of transportation Able to work under little to no supervision at times and able to multitask Assist with the occasional delivery and/or pick up of portable storage units. Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, CDL license is a plus Must pass a background check and drug screen Able to work Monday-Friday 9AM-1
