MUST BE A GO-GETTER
with a proven track record of stepping up to the plate and taking initiative. 2+ years of recent hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, preferably on a garden-style community with high standard for customer service. Basic HVAC skills, CFC certification preferred, plumbing, drywall, carpentry and electrical. Technical skills should also include the ability to troubleshoot/repair/maintain HVAC components. Must be willing to pull call in the rotation. Vehicle, valid driver’s license, basic hand tools. Ability to assess and address problems quickly, good organization skills and strong follow up.
