In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining residential pools by performing weekly cleanings, balancing water chemistry, diagnosing issues, and recommending necessary repairs or upgrades. What You’ll Do:

Perform weekly cleaning and chemical balancing of pools. Diagnose issues with pool systems and equipment. Create estimates for repairs and service work. Identify opportunities for pool system upgrades and recommend solutions to clients. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Represent Agape Lawn Company with professionalism and care while on-site, ensuring a great customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

The ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required. 1+ years of experience in pool maintenance and repair is highly preferred. Excellent communication is key! Whether you’re taking direction from a crew leader or working alongside your teammates, we value collaboration and building strong relationships with clients. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working outdoors through all seasons and can lift or carry 35-80 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodations.
