The ideal candidate will have experience in glass installation and fabrication, along with a strong understanding of construction processes. This role requires the ability to work with various power and hand tools, perform heavy lifting, and collaborate effectively with other tradespeople on construction sites. Duties Install frameless and framed shower doors, enclosures, and related hardware. Take precise measurements and cut glass or materials as needed. Secure and seal shower doors to prevent leaks and ensure stability. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. Communicate with customers to confirm project details and ensure satisfaction. Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in glass installation, carpentry, or a related trade preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy glass panels and materials. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using power tools, drills, and measuring instruments. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices. Other responsibilities assigned as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in shower door installation or glazing. Familiarity with various types of glass, seals, and hardware. Ability to work in different environments (residential, commercial).
