Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician Everblue Services LLC Cary, NC 27511 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pool maintenance and a strong mechanical aptitude. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that residential pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment, as well as excellent customer service skills. Duties Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Conduct water quality testing and adjust chemical levels as necessary to ensure safe swimming conditions. Inspect pool equipment for proper function. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their pool systems. Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain etc.) Experience Previous experience in pool cleaning or as a service technician is preferred but not mandatory. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues with pool equipment. A commitment to maintaining safety standards while working in various environments. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
