We are seeking a Skilled Window and Door Installer to perform high-quality installations of residential and light commercial windows and doors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and consistently delivers a top-tier customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Install windows and doors in residential and commercial settings (retrofit and new construction)
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications
- Measure and cut materials to fit openings precisely
- Remove old windows and doors with care
- Weatherproof and seal installations properly
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in window and door installation
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and hand/power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team
