Job Description
General Maintenance Position-Car Wash, Ossipee NH & Development Grounds, Lincoln NH Top Cat Car Wash Ossipee, NH 03864 Car wash, Ossipee, NH – Clean and wash car wash bays. Keep all cleaning solutions filled. Fill vending machine. Coordinate the delivery and storage of equipment and materials. Keep grounds free of litter and debris. Monitor car wash traffic flow. Basic handyman repair skills/general knowledge to perform basic preventative and repair maintenance. Ability to communicate with a courteous, service-oriented demeanor.
Residential development contractor assistant:
New development currently under construction, Lincoln, NH – The candidate will need basic handyman repair skills/knowledge – experience in a construction setting; familiarity with construction tools and machinery. Ability to perform hands-on work that may include lifting, loading, or other physical tasks. Support the project manager and other crew members in daily operations and tasks. Ensure all sites and work areas are kept clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain project alignment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The time spent at each location will be different week to week. Gas is covered when traveling to Lincoln.
