Building Maintenance Technician 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 216 Ski Area Road, Waterville Valley, NH 03215 Job Overview Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking a full-time, year-round building maintenance technician for our lodging and Town Square properties.

Responsibilities include:

Maintenance, repair and construction over buildings and grounds Light carpentry skills are preferred Ability to perform general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, landscaping and/or other skilled and semi-skilled trade functions Participates in projects and monitors accuracy and quality of completion in accordance with State and Local building codes and ordinances Must be first and foremost safety-conscience for guests and staff Must have demonstrated skills in more than one trade along with experience with related tools/equipment Must be willing and able to contribute to a team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility as a team member for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees Accepting diverse assignments Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions Ability and desire to lead small groups or work teams on projects and/or shifts (separately and/or in the absence of a supervisor) Good communication skills and ability to work well with others This is a physically demanding job, and the individual must be capable of heavy lifting, physical dexterity, working in confined spaces.
