A well-established printing company is looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician on a unique weekend shift. You’ll help keep production and plant equipment running smoothly at their Hanover, NH facility.
Responsibilities of the Industrial Maintenance Technician - Weekend Shift
- Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment
- Service equipment for emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and complete scheduled routine or preventive maintenance repairs during machine downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
- Perform simple machinist/metal fabrication, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Follow equipment manuals, work orders, and preventive maintenance task sheets
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment
- Comply with all safety and environmental regulations and maintain a clean work area

- Weekend Shift
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical courses preferred
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar position required; previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Mechanical, electrical, and electronic skills
- Ability to diagnose and make complex repairs on equipment
- General knowledge of all building trades
- Basic computer skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Must be highly motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Ability to work mandatory overtime or be on emergency call as needed
