Maintenance Technician, Fulltime, year round Village Condominium 8 Davos Way, Waterville Valley, NH 03215 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property of 92 condominiums. Job includes landscaping, plowing, odd jobs inside and outside of the condos. Experience operating a pool and hot tub. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and repairs around the property. Ability to operate a plow tuck, tractors, snow blowers, weed trimmers and the like. Troubleshoot problems as they arise. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and management regarding maintenance issues. Assist in property maintenance and repairs as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of parts. Qualifications Proven experience a maintenance role . Proficiency in using heavy equipment Knowledge of routine repairs, inside and outside of condos. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
