We do this at The Elliot by proactively maintaining assets and infrastructures while also maintaining a respectable upkeep of the property. About the
Job:
Maintains and cares for hospital grounds in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Grounds Coordinator. Perform a variety of landscaping, maintenance and snow removal duties as assigned.
What You’ll Do:
Cuts and maintains lawns and grass. Rakes and maintains leaves, and cares for plants, flowers, trees and shrubs. Performs snow removal activities such as shoveling in accordance with guidelines. Sweeps roads and parking lots with mobile sweeper. Maintains and keeps campus grounds clean and free of debris for first impression and beautification. Repairs outdoor furniture to maintain safe condition. Maintains landscape power equipment in good operating condition. Informs Grounds Coordinator of any unsafe conditions.
Who You Are:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Some experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, and snow removal preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
Valid NH Driver’s License required.
