Experienced Maintenance Technician Red Oak Apartment Homes, Inc. Manchester, NH 03101 Red Oak Apartment Homes is hiring an Experienced Plumber and Carpenter to join our Maintenance Team. At Red Oak Apartment Homes we are always looking to exceed our resident’s expectations through amazing customer service brought about by well trained and respected employees. Duties Include:
Handling Service requests for repairs and improvements. Prepare vacant residential apartments to market ready conditions. Perform various non-technical functions such as maintaining exterior, cleaning, grounds equipment repair and preventative maintenance, caulking, painting and lock repair. On-call emergency maintenance rotation required. Assist with snow removal. Complete other tasks as required.
Requirements:
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation are required. Ideal candidate is hardworking, trustworthy, punctual and has a sense of urgency to complete assigned tasks. Bilingual is a plus.
