We own our properties and manage and maintain them in house. We are located in Nashua, New Hampshire. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our maintenance team. This individual must be self-motivated, can follow directions, and work well with others. Position is M-F 7:00am-3:30pm with potential for overtime. Rotating on-call responsibility for emergencies during off-hours (nights and weekends) is required. Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs. This position is physically demanding and requires a lot of lifting, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, etc. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Experience in the building trades is required
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry/cement work, etc. and the ability to troubleshoot issues relating to electrical, plumbing, HVAC
- Overall building upkeep and repairs
- Landscaping
- Snow removal
- Cleaning We are a full-service management company and do 90% of our maintenance in house.
