Maintenance Technician Position Available In Hillsborough, New Hampshire

Maintenance Technician CP Management 1,3,25,77 Sundial Avenue, Manchester, NH 03103 Luxury Apartment community seeks a part time maintenance technician (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) in Manchester, NH. The best candidates must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, must be self-motivated and have general knowledge/experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and appliance repair.

Responsibilities:

Complete daily work orders; prepare vacant apartments for occupancy; repair/replace appliances, fixtures and switches; work with contractors as necessary; inspect apartments, buildings and/or grounds; ensure that smoke detectors, circuit breakers, outlets and lights in common areas are working; assist in upkeep of landscaping; paint, sparkle and repair walls; repair or replace window screens; organize stock; cleaning as needed; snow removal; perform other duties as they arise; participate in rotation of on-call emergencies after hours, evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

1. Must submit to and pass a background screening. 2. Must submit to and pass a drug and alcohol screening. 3. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English 4. Must wear the appropriate uniform provided for this position

Additional Requirements:

All candidates should possess a clean driving record and their own set of tools. References are required and will be verified. We offer a competitive compensation plan.
