Maintenance Technician 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars 22 Country Club Drive, Manchester, NH 03102 We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our facilities and equipment through proactive maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to safety and quality.
Duties:
Work Orders, Make Readies, On calls required Appliance, Plumbing and Electrical repair/replacement Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and inventory. Curb appeal HVAC certification preferred Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and address any facility-related concerns.
Skills:
Strong background in property maintenance HVAC certification preferred Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance tasks and inventory management.
