Maintenance Technician 2.1 2.1 out of 5 stars 111 Hancock Rd, Peterborough, NH 03458 Keystone Management is looking to hire an Experienced Property Maintenance Technician in Peterborough, NH area. We own/manage 200+ apartment units in Peterborough and looking for a new valuable person to join our Team. Must have experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Must have the ability to install kitchen cabinets, countertops, replace doors and windows. Ability to snowplow a plus. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous maintenance experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Clean criminal record. Willing to be on call, including 24 hr maintenance as needed. Must have good communication skills and respond to tenants and vendors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Great Benefits 100% employer paid medical, dental and life insurance.
