- Carpentry Work consisting of wood rot replacement on all aspects of a garden style building, townhouse or individual home (trim, framing, tyvek, sheathing, freeze boards, soffits, corner boards, sub-flooring, doors, windows, sills, etc).
- Repair/Replacement of cement board.
- Siding Repairs/Replacement
- Vinyl, T111, Clapboards, Shakes, Etc.
- Repair/Replacements of gutters and downspouts.
- Deck/Step Repairs/Replacement
- Composites, PT Decking and Railings.
- Porch/Deck Footing/Sona Tube Replacements
- Require hand digging.
- Fence/Post repair/replacement
- Wood and Vinyl
- Gutter Cleaning
- Use and knowledge of all types of power tools and hand tools. Must have own tools to Start.
- Able to work off of ladders from 12′ to 32′.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to different sites.
