Maintenance technicians performance a wide range of work including apartment turnarounds (paint, wallboard repair, vinyl plank flooring), exterior rot repair, deck rebuilds, power washing, masonry, door and window installations, and other general maintenance and repair. Candidates should have experience and their own hand tools as well as reliable transportation, preferably a truck or van capable of carrying ladders. Mileage at governmental rates is paid. This position supports Realty Management clients sites from the Lakes Region of New Hampshire to the Massachusetts border. While the company headquarters is based out of Manchester, work orders will be assigned to different client locations throughout the area.
