Job Description
Apartment Maintenance/Painter Killarney LP 59 Scribner Rd, Northfield, NH 03276 Looking for a Maintenance person for Northfield Commons Apartments, this position requires you to live on site. We are a 96 unit complex located on 63 acres with an outside pool and bordering the Winnipesaukee river trail. After 9-12 months you could replace the retiring Manager.
Job Requirements:
All maintenance Apartment turnovers ( painting and cleaning of empty apartment) Snow removal of sidewalks Cleaning the laundry rooms Vacuuming the hallways and cleaning of the common areas
Skills:
Basic maintenance skills (if unable to do task, I am willing to train.) Painting and cleaning background is a must Not required to have A/C or Gas certifications Must be able to pass a background check
Salary Information:
Salary includes a 2 bedroom apartment in the complex.
Other Information:
There are on call duties (i.e. Snow removal, lock outs, maintenance emergencies)
