Be able to submit to background check. Employment is year round. Some construction knowledge a plus, however we are willing to train right candidate. Job duties include heavy lifting, digging & fence building. Job duties/ requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Must have fence installation experience
• Responsible for leading a crew of up to 3 installers / laborers in the field
• Responsible for crew truck, tools and equipment assigned to the crew
• Must be able to read plans/ blueprints
• Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently to customers, contractors and co-workers
• Responsible for the crews production and how efficiently they work
• Must have experience pulling a trailer
• Must possess a valid drivers license
