Maintenance Technician Position Available In Rockingham, New Hampshire

Job Title:

Maintenance Technician Job Description Perform maintenance services and repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical, and vehicle servicing. You will be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures specific to the maintenance specialty. Responsibilities Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance tasks across various areas including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with facilities equipment and systems. Perform machine and vehicle servicing as needed, with flexibility to work weekends. Operate and maintain fork and scissor lifts and ensure proper repair of doors and docks. Engage in occasional outside landscaping activities, excluding snow removal. Essential Skills Proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and electrical maintenance. Experience in troubleshooting and performing preventative/corrective maintenance. 2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with machine servicing or vehicle servicing is a bonus. Ability to operate fork and scissor lifts. Work Environment You will be working in a dynamic frozen foods manufacturing environment located in Portsmouth, NH. The role requires flexibility in shifts and availability on weekends. The environment demands proper attire and adherence to safety standards. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $30.00/hr.
