Maintenance Technician Position Available In Rockingham, New Hampshire

Maintenance Technician Mabardy Oil Seabrook, NH 03874 Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks across our facility, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general upkeep duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team to ensure the facility remains in safe, working condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment Troubleshoot and address general maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical systems Conduct regular inspections identify potential problems or hazards Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Communicate with supervisor to prioritize tasks and report issues Respond promptly to maintenance-related emergencies during or outside normal working hours, if on-call

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred Minimum of 2 years of maintenance or facility repair experience General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and work orders Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Willingness to be on-call and work flexible hours when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
