Duties to include:

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Minor electrical repairs including replacing bulbs, replacing broken or damaged lighting parts and fixtures, replacing outlet covers and broken receptacles, resetting breakers and GFCI outlets.
• Carpentry work such as sheetrock repairs, mudding, sanding and taping, installation of new locksets, re-align doors, shave down doors, repair molding around doors, baseboard trim repair, cabinet hinges, exterior siding repairs including vinyl.
• Plumbing repairs include replacing washers and faucet parts, replacing toilet seats, toilet seal and all the parts of a toilet including the tank and bowl, replacing drain traps, cleaning clogged toilets and drains.
• Minor roof repairs.
• Painting including interior and exterior.
• Light masonry.
• Minor repairs to fencing and gates.
• Misc. interior and exterior janitorial.
• Working with subcontractors as required.
• Handle emergency calls after hours and on weekends (this is on a rotation with others).
• Provide clients with support and guidance on maintaining their property.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a similar role.
• Solid experience with light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
• Extremely organized with great communication skills.
• Detail oriented with an aptitude for problem solving.
• Computer skills necessary to utilize maintenance software and tablet.
