Maintenance Technician 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 31 Wakefield St, Rochester, NH 03867 The City of Rochester, NH Department of Public Works is accepting applications for a Maintenance Technician in the Public Buildings Division to perform responsible, skilled building and grounds maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have experience and working knowledge of Maintenance and repairs to interior and exterior of buildings, mechanical equipment, and preventative maintenance programs Carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting trade The use of power tools Maintaining and performing minor service to motorized equipment Special Requirements of position High school diploma or equivalent Possession of a valid driver’s license required Moderate to heavy physical effort under varying weather conditions required Will be required to be on a rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency calls AFSCME grade 5 pay range $22.55 to $30.57/hour dependent upon qualifications and experience with competitive benefits.
