Position Summary As a Maintenance Technician Level 2, you’ll be an essential part of our team, handling apartment turnovers and maintenance repairs with efficiency and professionalism. This hands-on role is ideal for a technician with strong maintenance experience, great communication skills, and a proactive mindset. What You’ll Do Promptly respond to work orders and complete repairs efficiently Communicate directly with tenants to ensure a high level of service Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including: Plumbing Electrical work Drywall repair Painting General carpentry Support other maintenance technicians as needed Diagnose issues independently and provide effective solutions What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting Experience in appliance repair is a plus Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently Own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver’s license Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-player mindset Perks & Benefits ??
