Maintenance Technician Manor Communities 400 Manor Drive, Absecon, NJ 08201 Maintenance Technician – Full Time California Apartments | Absecon, NJ California Apartments is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our award-winning team in Absecon/Pleasantville, NJ . We are a professionally managed, award winning, 228-unit garden-style apartment community, owned and managed by Manor Communities . If you’re reliable, skilled in general maintenance, passionate about providing quality customer service, and looking for a long-term opportunity —this could be the job for you.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general property maintenance and repairs Complete work orders and respond to resident service requests Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC issues Interior and exterior painting and carpentry
Qualifications:
Previous experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred Skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required Must be willing to be on-call for emergency maintenance (rotating schedule) Must live within 30 minutes of the property or be willing to relocate
