Maintenance Technician BSA Technology Northvale, NJ 07647
Job Summary:
Independently leads complex maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades. Provides mentorship to junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs in complex food production systems. Lead maintenance projects, including equipment installations and complete overhauls. • Train and guide junior coaches. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and food safety regulations. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance processes and improvements. Increase the amount of work to at least 95% of the available hours. Have mechanical and electrical knowledge of at least 95% of the equipment.
Ratings:
More than 5 years of maintenance experience in the food industry. Advanced technical skills in mechanical, electrical and PLC systems. In-depth knowledge of GMP and food safety protocols. Leadership and communication skills.

$27.00 – $28.00 per hour
