Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily property maintenance, a commitment to excellence, and a proactive approach to repairs and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily maintenance operations including repairs and preventive maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenity spaces. Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC systems. Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders efficiently and professionally. Prepare apartments for new residents by ensuring all fixtures, systems, and appliances are in working order. Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of the property’s exterior and shared interior spaces. Participate in an on-call rotation to handle emergency maintenance needs after hours and on weekends. Collaborate with the property management team to support community standards and resident satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily apartment communities is required . Proficiency in at least one trade (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of residential building systems and tools. Ability to troubleshoot issues and execute repairs with minimal supervision. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule and be available for on-call duty as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
