A small family-owned company operates Pickwick Apartments. Responsibilities and requirements:

Basic plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical skills are a must. Completing renovations and repairs on vacant apartments and ensuring that they are in excellent condition for new move-ins Accurately complete resident requests for maintenance service using supervisor instructions, company policies, procedures, and deadlines. Consistently communicate with the supervisor and maintenance team members to ensure company standards. On call rotation Must live within a 30-minute drive from the property Must have your own set of hand tools Must have a valid driver’s license Performing other related tasks as required or assigned
