Perform Professional Residential Cleaning:

You must love cleaning and have high cleaning standards. Your goal is to ensure that clients feel relaxed, comfortable, and heard in their expectations.

Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills:

You must be able to understand the specifications of the client and be able to adequately address concerns they may have. You must engage with staff and management professionally and courteously.

Complete Reports and Checklists:

Whenever necessary you must be able to complete and return walk-thru checklists and any other essential forms required depending on the service that is being rendered to the client.

Driving:

You must be able to commute to and from each job site. Your vehicle must be maintained and properly insured.

Smart Phone:

You must be able to clock in and out on your phone, access and follow GPS driving directions, be reachable via text or phone call during shift hours.
