⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Commercial Trades Tech/Helper (Sicklerville) compensation: Compensation based on skill, 1099 Looking for a trade skills tech/helper on local overnight projects 3-4 nights, majority inside (3rd shift / approx 9PM-4AM, occasional days) a week but could be more. Mostly basic carpentry, quarry tile, ceiling tile, doors and handyman items All facilities have video surveillance / professionalism a must. General maintenance and repair knowledge needed. Have a clean/valid drivers license. Need basic carpenter’s tools, a drill, be able to read a tape. Able to understand, work through and complete assigned punch-list items in time allotted.
