This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various maintenance tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality service to our clients. Duties Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential settings, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Execute residential painting projects with attention to detail and quality. Utilize logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed. Maintain facilities by conducting regular inspections and performing necessary repairs or upgrades. Fabricate components or structures as required for specific projects. Operate tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates. Lead small teams when necessary to complete larger projects efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Leadership abilities to guide team members on various projects. Experience in residential painting techniques and best practices. Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
