Experience in general repair skills, light carpentry, plumbing, painting, cleaning, lifting and moving required. Requirements Position may include travel around Ocean and Monmouth County facilities in agency vehicle as scheduled. High school diploma or GED and clear, valid NJ Division of Motor Vehicles driver?s license required. Good communication skills and ability to work independently are essential.
