JobDetails Job Responsibilities:

PROMOTE AND PROVIDE A SAFE WORKINGENVIRONMENT FOR ALL ROCKLINE ASSOCIATES.

Demonstrate a commitmentto Rockline’s RRITE values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork,and Excellence. Ensure the proper use of personal protectiveequipment. Support World-Class manufacturing effort by providingtimely maintenance assistance to all Rockline departments, asneeded. Support production and facility improvements. Troubleshootand repair all machinery and process related deficiencies usingelectrical/mechanical skills. This includes performing generalmaintenance duties to encompass all facility related equipment.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair production equipmentsuch as: press, baggers, sealers, conveyors, printers. Ensurestheir proper care, use, and storage.

Preventive Maintenance andrepairs:

manufacturing support equipment: air compressors, boilers,fans, pumps. Maintain and update required record and filing systemsas required, update information about replenishing parts andsupplies inventory.

Qualifications:

A proven, excellent safety andattendance record. High school diploma/GED or equivalentexperience. 3 years’ experience in maintenance procedures and shoppractices or technical trade school graduate. Practical knowledgeof utilities equipment and the use of power tools in manufacturing.

Experienced and knowledgeable of manufacturing support systems,steam, hydraulics, pneumatics, heating and cooling. Experienced inindustrial electrical troubleshooting. Basic electronictroubleshooting and basic computer skills. Knowledge of Work Orderprogram for equipment and machinery. Knowledge of cGMPs and OSHAregulations. Must be available to work overtime Good oral andwritten communication skills Ability to work at heights up to 30ft. when necessary Interested in hearing more?
