Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in precision? We’re looking for a Pool Service Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll maintain both residential and commercial pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and operating at peak performance. What You’ll Do:
Perform routine cleaning: vacuum debris, skim pool surfaces, brush walls, and tiles. Test and balance water chemistry, maintaining proper pH, chlorine, and LSI levels. Conduct preventative maintenance on pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters).
Complete minor repairs:
replace gaskets, fix leaks, lubricate components, and adjust fittings. Handle pool openings (start-ups) and winterizations with proper safety procedures. Maintain accurate records for commercial clients: chemical levels, service times, and inventory. Troubleshoot and respond to emergency repairs as needed. Identify replacement parts and submit accurate requests to the office team. Keep your work vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked. Complete digital work orders, including before/after photos, chemical dosages, and detailed notes. Communicate effectively with customers and report safety code violations or other concerns. What You Bring to the
Team:
1 years Pool Maintenance expereince required Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems (preferred). Familiarity with pool circulation, filtration systems, and chemical handling. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow procedures. Dependable with a strong work ethic and adaptability in changing environments. Customer service oriented with solid communication skills. Willingness to grow into a Service Technician leadership role.
Job Requirements:
Valid driver’s license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physical capability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable using hand tools and working around water and chemicals
