We are seeking a friendly and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our hospitality team at Sonesta Hotels. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our facilities are in top notch condition to provide the best possible experience for our guests. You will be a crucial member of our team, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem solving, we would love to hear from youWhat youll do:
Perform routine maintenance on all equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsRespond promptly to all maintenance requests from guests and staffEnsure all rooms and public areas are kept in excellent conditionConduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues or safety hazardsKeep accurate records of all maintenance activities and repair costsWork closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the businessAssist with the installation of new equipment and systems as requiredThe essentials:
Proven experience as a maintenance engineer in a similar environmentExcellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsStrong problemsolving skills and the ability to work under time constraintsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 03 Years of ExperienceIn compliance with the New Jersey Temporary Workers Bill of Rights, the following outlines the average pay rate and cost of benefits for each location.
