Job Duties Include:
- Minor carpentry (trim, repairs)
- Drywall patching & finishing
- Painting & touch-ups
- Basic plumbing/electrical fixes (as allowed by law)
- Punch list completion & general job site assistance
Requirements:
✅ Solid handyman experience (5+ years preferred) ✅ Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation ✅ Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently ✅ Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions ✅ Liability insurance is a plus
Pay:
