Our technicians travel throughout the tristate area in company trucks, providing professional services across multiple client locations daily. Need a mix of technical, mechanical and troubleshooting skills to ensure buildings and equipment function properly. Technical Skills Desired (expertise in 3 or more):

Electrical Maintenance Plumbing Skills Carpentry and General Repairs HVAC Systems General Handyman Services Essential Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with clean record Experience operating commercial vans Computer Proficiency Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities High level of organization and self-motivation Physical ability to perform trade work

Power Tools and Hand Tool Proficiency Schedule and Availability:

Variable start and end times On-call rotation for emergency services/Weekend Extended hours during high-demand periods Not a standard 9-5 position .

Note:

This is a mobile position requiring continuous travel between job sites. Candidates must be comfortable with daily driving throughout the tri-state area.
