Duties/Responsibilities:

Seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Person with experience in light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.

Skills Requirement:

Property Inspections detailed eye Tile, grout and caulking Flush out and properly drain water heaters Basic knowledge of carpentry Basic knowledge of electric Basic knowledge of plumbing Knowledge of framing, drywall, sanding, spackling, and paint Ability to troubleshoot general building issues Complete and update status of all work Orders thru work order System Are responsible for Answering all emergency calls Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor General requirements:

• Dependable, responsive, and professional
• Self-starter, attentive, confident problem solving and working alone or with a team
• Experience handling service calls and general maintenance handyman work Must have valid drivers license Must be computer literate

MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS

Experience:

5+ years of maintenance/handyman experience

00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday On call Overtime Weekends as needed
